Amanjiwo Wedding

Amanjiwo wedding - A dream come true!

It was my first time in Indonesia and I was lucky enough to meet the locals, eat gorgeous food and just enjoy the nice and beautiful weather. Alvina & Stephen were so awesome and they showed me everything.

It is really an awesome part of our world and I hope to be able to go back again to Indonesia soon and maybe cover another Amanjiwo Wedding.

The guys behind Luxury Weddings Indonesia and all of the other vendors did such an amazing job and I do not want to bore you with words about the wedding itself.

Just scroll down and see with your own eyes. No words would do it justice, as Indonesia and Amanjiwo are simply unique.

I don’t even know where to start with this wedding in Indonesia. Alvina & Stephen contacted me on Instagram and told me about their idea of having a wedding in Amanjiwo. To be honest, I never heard of it before, but then I looked it up. The moment I saw it, the moment I knew I have to be there to document their wedding.

I literally could see me standing there, flying the drone over the resort and taking some epic shots. That is why I was so happy, once they told me that they are going with me.

After all the planning and talking, it was finally time to board the plane to Jakarta. I arrived pretty late in the evening and once I entered my room, all I did was falling asleep. Alvina & Stephen picked me up the next morning and we went straight to the airport again. Another flight to Yogjakarta was on the schedule. It was a pretty short one followed by a 3 hour drive to Borobudur, where we stayed for the entire week before the wedding at the Amanjiwo.
